PASCAL NEMIROVSKI, Pianist & Pedagogue
‘Of Russian ancestry, Pascal Nemirovski is the fourth one to attack the complete Scriabin piano music. As a prelude to this comprehensive survey, this CD, entitled Between Sky and Earth, proposes, in addition to three Etudes and the Fourth Sonata, the Barcarolle, a Nocturne and a Scherzo by Chopin before a Prokofiev Seventh Sonata boasting perfect rhythmic quality and remarkable balance between virtuosity and musicality: good blood never lies!’

Jacques Doucelin, LE FIGARO (08/01/04)
Pascal NEMIROVSKI is also one of the most sought after piano pedagogues. A number of his pupils from China, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Korea, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, USA... have won prizes in piano competitions. He enjoys an international reputation presenting master classes throughout the world and is often a jury member at international piano competitions. In 2006, he was appointed professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
